Raditya is a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience handling high-stakes Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and Bankruptcy related matters. He has a deep understanding of both commercial and legal aspects across various industries. Raditya works closely with both domestic and foreign clients from various industries, including private companies and state-owned enterprises.
Previously, Raditya was a senior litigation lawyer at the prestigious Makarim & Taira S. and was seconded to Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore, equipping him with a global perspective on cross-border disputes.
He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Parahyangan and is a licensed Advocate (PERADI). Raditya is known for handling high-profile arbitration disputes and successfully defending multinational clients in Indonesian courts.
Represented a Project Owner in BANI Arbitration proceedings against a main contractor regarding the construction of a 5-star international hotel in Sumatra, successfully winning the award.
Represented a subsidiary of a major foreign chain hospital (Malaysia & Australia) in land litigation cases (Civil & Administrative).
Assisted a global paint producer companies in a major dispute with its distributor.
Represented a Project Owner (as Defendant) in BANI Arbitration related to the construction of a 5-star hotel in Bintan.
Defended a subsidiary of a global automotive safety manufacturer in an Industrial Relations Dispute at Bandung Court against twenty former employees.
Assisted and represented a global livestock company as the Applicant in a delay of payment proceedings and successfully defended the company’s interest in the amount of around IDR 180 Billion.
